It has passed the test of time, field conditions, military conflicts, natural disasters in many countries. Field Kitchen KP-125 is a practical, low maintenance in use, reliable and very strong, since it is used in mountainous and cross-country terrain in all climatic conditions. Its main advantage over the field kitchens of other manufacturers is the operating fuel. There are two types of fuel in our kitchen - that is wood and diesel fuel; you can easily convert the fuel in a few minutes by removing the fuel injectors. The kitchens of other manufacturers use only gas, but it is difficult to obtain it in the field conditions.

Army Field Kitchen Productivity.

The dietary allowance has been designed for ultimate nutrition of 125 soldiers, accounting for very large portions. The menu per one person is: 500 ml of the first course (soup), main course – 900 g, fried meat 200 g, boiled water (coffee, tea) 900 ml. One cooking cycle for 125 men takes 50-60 minutes. If you reduce the portion, you can feed more people per one cooking cycle.

Design Features

The tanks for food preparation in the kitchen consist of:

1) Built-in 110-liter tank for hot water, there is a tap for easy pouring drinks in the side of the kitchen.

2) Three portable tank-saucepans for cooking first and second courses with the capacity of 57 litres.

3) Brazier- ting tin for frying meat, barbecue, etc.
